We have been working with Kosmosoft for 10 months, including 6 weeks of training in Italy. We have one person who deals solely with programming and a second who deals exclusively with the quote part. Archimede is quite easy to use, comprehensive and above all very flexible. It saves us a lot of time and by simulating all the machining operations it almost eliminates errors or possible problems on the machine. It also helps manage all raw material orders… a truly efficient work tool on a daily basis. Archimede replaced another software: we actually changed software for our new production because we were looking for a complete tool both in terms of production and administration and above all effective monitoring and assistance! The programming assistants are efficient and very responsive!! In addition, all technicians and programmers are multilingual.
