We have been using Kosmosoft since 2013 to manage our machining center: we use Archimedes to create quotes, invoices, and manufacturing. We are satisfied: Archimedes’ strong point is really manufacturing and design. It allows all the works to be carried out. Its ergonomics are pleasant and quite intuitive. The only downside concerns the billing module, which leaves few options. Archimedes has brought many benefits to our company. In terms of quotes: clear, precise printing, it allows you to estimate all joinery including complex assemblies. We did not save any time in the actual creation of the quote, but being able to convert the quote directly to an order guarantees fewer errors and time savings. In terms of production, the management of the machining center allows us great flexibility and avoids many errors since everything is managed from the office. For us, this represented a real time saving in production. The support team is very responsive and present. There is real support and follow-up.
