SECOND joinery, located in the Lyon region, specializes in the manufacture of exterior wood and wood/aluminum joinery. We have been using Archimedes since May 2013. We chose this software because it perfectly met our expectations, namely: Easy-to-use software with ergonomics adapted for users new to IT; power and flexibility of the software; optimization of the productivity of our machines; efficiency and speed of the technical service and the KOSMOSOFT hotline. Archimède fulfills several functions in the manufacture of joinery: Design and visualization of joinery; creation of lists of hardware and glazing elements; creation of cutting lists (sent by computer network to the cutting machine); creation of machining orders and programs (sent by computer network to the machining center); creation of lists of frames to be produced (sent by computer network to the frame maker); creation of labels to ensure the traceability of the joinery manufactured in the workshop. When setting up Archimède, KOSMOSOFT really supported us by responding to all our requests but also by sharing their experiences with us, which allowed us to get started very quickly with Archimède. Today we can only be satisfied with our choice.
