I believe that Archimedes is an indispensable support for the development of any carpentry, and even more so for those, like ours, which are oriented towards technology-based work. We’ve been using Archimedes since 2012 to manage our Homag BMG 511, and what we appreciate most is perhaps the speed of transition between the idea of what we need to do and its creation, even when dealing with complex structures.
After the first few years, I realized we no longer needed support, and it’s good that there’s no obligation to purchase it. Recently we were able to see some demonstrations of the new Archimede10 version and, in our opinion, it is very fast, intuitive and in line with the needs and expectations of a modern carpentry shop. So we decided to update the version we are using now.
