Our menu was founded in 1820 and we made doors and windows for 8 generations. Our two-hundred-year-old tradition met with innovation when, in 2019, we relied on the professionalism of Kosmosoft and the flexibility of Archimede software. This allowed us to obtain software customized to our requirements and ready for use in an optimal time. Our choice has proven fundamental to keeping the company up-to-date and competitive in the sector. In this first phase, we are exploiting the control functions of the new machining center and have automated the entire management of orders to suppliers. However, in a second phase, we would also like to integrate the management and creation of quotes, making the process completely computerized and interconnected between the different departments of our carpentry. The software is presented with modern graphics and each step of the management of any aspect of the program is clear and simple, from the management of hardware to the choice of different types of wood and glass. Production on the Working Process line is now highly automated and allows us to manage our work in a schematic and intuitive way, from project creation to communication with the machine, allowing us to achieve an annual production of 1,500 doors and windows. The initial difficulties were resolved thanks to the availability of Kosmosoft’s staff and support service.
