We are a medium-sized, versatile company working in carpentry, cabinetmaking, window manufacturing and framework. In 2013 we equipped ourselves with a Saomad machining center and for the IT part we trusted Kosmosoft. We carry out all solid carpentry work on this equipment such as doors, cabinets, kitchens, various frames, etc. and the development of our various types of wooden, wood-metal, renovation, heritage windows and sliding and lifting glazing. The implementation was a bit laborious, but thanks to the skill of the entire Kosmosoft team, we are reaching the end of this program. The advantages of this Archimedes program are the possibility of having office automation monitoring with the CAD part and on the same application the CAM part for controlling the machine without going through a program generating “Macros” which are difficult to modify. We manage the entire program ourselves, in collaboration with the Kosmosoft programming team. On the administration side, this product offers us all the tools allowing production management, the preparation of quotes, the design of plans, invoicing with analytical accounting of the various construction sites. We also have a module for exporting data to our global management program “Triviso bois”. We are generally satisfied with the service provided by Kosmosoft and the reliability of the support service. Therefore, we recommend this program to all our “competitors”.
