In recent years our company has wanted to invest in the production and development of external windows and doors and in 2019 we purchased a new plant produced by BIESSE.
We approached Kosmosoft because people in the industry recommended them as our goal was to centralize and simplify the production process. Thanks to Archimede, the development of orders is extremely rapid and above all it allows us to have all the prints necessary for production and therefore create a direct connection between the office and production.
Archimede gives us the possibility to save considerable time and reduces to a minimum the possibility of error also for everything concerning orders to suppliers, glass, hardware, etc. and allows us to trace every single window produced.
The product is understandable and intuitive but nevertheless, experience is needed to gain autonomy and independence. The Kosmosoft France team is available and responsive to any needs that may arise and provides excellent support.
