In 2011 we installed a large production line in our factory which consists of a cross-cut saw, a 4-sided saw, a smart magazine, a scroll machining center and an in-line processing tank. The installation was not easy, and Archimede had just started working on the French market. The beginning was of course difficult and exhausting, but the Kosmosoft staff has always been attentive and resolute to find a solution for each request. He invested a lot of time to complete good quality work. Over the years, our technicians, with the support of the French manager, have studied the automated business management (planning and price study still in progress): they completed the implementation of bar codes to control the 5 machines which are very different from each other in terms of their use and different construction. The process was optimized and improved by our collaborators because Archimede is an open software (addition, deletion, modification of machining and logic) which allowed us to analyze and customize each step of the machining according to our needs. The flexibility of this software is undoubtedly its main asset, in fact, it is able to adapt to any need. Archimede is a complete and reliable tool. I highly recommend it to any business in our industry, from small to large.
